Please read the information below before submitting your application.

Thank you for your interest in joining us for the first edition of the highly anticipated Dublin Fibre Festival.

Important information and dates:

Location: Richmond Barracks, St Michael's Estate, Inchicore, D08 YY05, Dublin, Ireland.

Date: 26 October 2024

Times: 08:00 am - 10:00 am vendors’ set up time

10:00 am - 05:00 pm open time to public

05:00 pm - 06:00 pm vendors’ collecting time

Important Dates:

31 March 2024: Last day to submit vendor’s application form.

You can still make applications after this date and be on the wait-list. In case of any cancellations we can contact you.

8 April 2024: You will receive an email from us whether your participation is confirmed or not.

30 April 2024: Last day to make payment for your space.

31 July 2024: Last day to cancel your participation.*

*The cancellations made up until 31 July are subject to a refund of 65% of the whole payment. Dublin Fibre Festival keeps 35% of the payment. After July 31, there won’t be any refund for the cancellations.

Space Specification and Pricing:

You are going to choose one of the below options in the application form:

Single Small Space - €90: 3 ft (90 cm) space, including one 3 ft (90 cm) table and 1 chair, 1 vendor ticket, for €90. This option is suitable for a very very small business with small products. This space is not suitable for yarn sellers, this is a more suitable choice for selling small accessories such as stitch markers, needles, or small crafts.

Single Regular Space - €120: 6 ft (180 cm) space, including one 6 ft (180 cm) table and 2 chairs, 2 vendor tickets, for €120. This option is suitable for almost all size businesses.

Double Regular Space - €240: 2 x 6 ft (180 cm) space, including two 6 ft (180 cm) tables and 4 chairs, 4 vendor tickets, for €240. This option is suitable for bigger size businesses.

Important Notes:

The prices written above are VAT included and will cover your space, table and chairs assigned to that type of space and you won’t be charged for any extra fee of any kind. Single spaces can only allocate one table, double spaces will allocate two tables.

Vendors won’t have any access to electricity. Vendors should use battery consuming lighting or any other electrical devices they want to use during the event, and with informing us to confirm them prior to event day.

Nothing may be attached to the walls, floors or doors within any room at Richmond Barracks. No nails or other fastening devices shall be used in or around the historic building or in the garden whatsoever.

All of your belongings and display fixtures, stands, products, table and chairs must be placed within the boundary of your allocated space.

You will receive all the important notes about the event and the venue after your space get confirmed.
